The Future Leader Program in Madrid is a one-week international experience designed for Indonesian students and young professionals eager to broaden their global mindset, enhance leadership potential, and connect with international communities.
Set in the vibrant heart of Spain, this program combines academic sessions, institutional visits, and cultural exchanges that allow participants to witness how leadership, innovation, and policy work in the real world.

Participant Qualifications
This program is open to:

• Open for individuals aged 16-35 years old

• Individuals passionate about leadership, innovation, public policy, or international culture

• Active youth in social or organizational projects

• Participants with good communication skills in English.

Only 15 selected participants will join the 2026 batch to ensure a meaningful and interactive experience.
